7 Day Return Period
Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned within 7 days from the date merchandise was received. Item(s) must be returned in condition received with all tags intact or merchandise will be returned to the sender.
All sales final on intimate/undergarment apparel and sale item(s).
Refunds will be credited to original credit card only. Shipping is not refundable.
Shipping Fee Refund
Return shipping charges will only be refunded due to discrepancies and errors of Tradesino.com Shop Online. We will only refund up to the price of "standard ground/economy" shipping.
Missing Item or Damaged Product Fee
Additional fees, up to 15% cost of product will be charged for any product missing the original box, content, accessories, etc. All products need to be returned in original sellable condition.

We exchange any merchandise in resalable condition with the exchange authorisation in 30 days. All items can only be exchanged for replacement at the equal price. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery and the customer is responsible for all the cost during the whole exchange process. Please be aware that we will issue the replacements only after your returns have been received.
*For your protection, we suggest all returns or exchanges sent back to us through a traceable postal service. We will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments
